The University of Sydney Commerce Society (or ComSoc as it is affectionately known) was established in 2002 by a group of forward-thinking commerce students with the support of a number of corporations. Since its inception, ComSoc has rapidly grown into one of the largest and most respected student societies on campus.

ComSoc is one of the largest voluntary student societies at the University of Sydney and the most active student society within the Faculty of Economics & Business. What distinguishes ComSoc from other university and faculty societies is our ability to link students with industry sponsors and provide them with a dynamic range of events. Each year we hold well over a dozen key vocational and social events, create and distribute numerous publications and represent the Faculty in the interfaculty sporting competition.

The aim of the Commerce Society is to assist the academic and career development of its members and to enrich their university student experience!
